Hela Provincial Health Authority recognises that provision of health services is a shared responsibility with many valued partners and stakeholders. Church Health Services (CHS) is valued as the major partners in service delivery. Church Health Services own and run seventy-two (72%) of health facilities and most of these facilities are in hard-to-reach remotest parts of Hela Province. Services provided through CHS are reflected in the performance of the province through the National Health Information System (NHIS). The stakeholders and partners shown in Figure 15 shows the key partners that Hela PHA considers critical for coordination, collaboration and working in partnership in addressing strategic health priorities of this Corporate Plan in Hela.
